How many years of warranty do Woolmakers products have?
We give a warranty period of 2 years on manufacturing defects on all our items. In the unlikely event that something should happen within this period, we will rectify this free of charge. Feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
My Woolmakers product is older than 2 years, can I still expect service?
Even after 2 years, we are ready to provide you with the best service. Parts can be ordered via our spare parts page.
If after some time of spinning on my Bliss I regret not to have chosen for a Bliss TT (twin treadle) or vice versa, what can I do?
You can order a kit to convert your Bliss into a Bliss TT or vice versa.
